Aaron Michael Murphy
Aaron Michael Murphy is an injury lawyer and trial attorney practicing in Louisville, Kentucky. Aaron has helped clients from all areas of Kentucky recover millions of dollars for their injuries. Aaron has successfully represented many clients who have suffered from catastrophic injuries or death. Aaron has successfully litigated cases in the courtroom and defended legal issues on appeal.
Aaron has written extensively on issues pertaining to automobile injury law in Kentucky and the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Reparations Act, (“KMVRA”). Aaron has also written and lectured on various topics relating to trial advocacy and how the Affordable Care Act could affect personal injury in Kentucky.
Aaron has litigated cases involving injury and insurance coverage on behalf of injured individuals in Kentucky and Indiana. Aaron’s experience also includes cases at the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Kentucky Supreme Court. Aaron is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum. Aaron has litigated insurance issues against both State Farm and Allstate at the Kentucky Court of Appeals (see reported cases below). Aaron has also argued at the Kentucky Supreme Court. Aaron has always represented the rights of individuals who have been injured and denied their rights.
Through Aaron’s work as a member of the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) Trucking Litigation Group (TLG) Aaron has championed the rights of families of victims who have lost loved ones in trucking collisions. Aaron has represented victims of trucking negligence and their families involving collisions in Kentucky, Tennessee, Colorado, New Mexico, Indiana, and Texas. Aaron has been involved in many cases where a truck driver’s use of drugs, driving over the federally mandated hours of service, and other federal violations which should have kept these unsafe drivers off the road.
Aaron Michael Murphy is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers, Top 40 under 40, has been recognized by SuperLawyers for many consecutive years.
